Fellowship Meetings at Hope Rehab
Hope Rehab Center Thailand hosts an H & I meeting (Hospitals and Institutions) every Wednesday at 6 pm and extends a welcome to anyone in recovery who can share their experience, strength and hope with newcomers. This is a great way to do some service and step twelve work, by inspiring people suffering from addiction and alcoholism into recovery. So if you are travelling through or plan on settling down here in Thailand please call and arrange to visit us one Wednesday. You will be treated like one of the family and invited to eat with us after the meeting, and if there is a room available then you may also be able to sleep over.
Please see the websites below for more detailed information on AA meetings in Thailand and NA meetings in Thailand.
We have had Alcoholics anonymous meetings in Thailand for over 50 years, particularly after the Vietnam War, when the US soldiers were stationed here and others returned to settle down here later. There are some great venues to attend and communities of recovering people to meet.
Furthermore, we have had Narcotics anonymous meetings in Thailand for over 20 years now and these meetings have made a real difference to the lives of not only suffering addicts who live here, but also travelling addicts who are in recovery.
12 Step Program at Hope
Hope rehab Center Thailand was founded by Simon Mott and his partner Alon Kumsawad who have been providing addiction treatment in Thailand over the last 4 years in high quality rehab centers. Hope is a smaller, boutique-style Rehab that is situated in the lovely coastal town of Sriracha, a very interesting place to visit.

AA is a group support program for recovering alcoholics. It is accepted worldwide as one of the most popular mutual or self-help vehicles for people fighting with addiction. The umbrella non-profit organisation authorises local chapters that are located in over 180 countries around the world. AA is most famous for its recovery philosophy, which is embodied in a 12-step program.
NA is a non-profit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a problem. Recovering addicts meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence and there is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. It is a program of principles written so simply that anyone can follow them in their daily lives. The most important thing about them is that they work for people.
